Wildlife Friendly Certification could be the next big stamp of approval for beauty brands:

We have become accustomed to seeing stamps of approval such as Leaping Bunny and vegan friendly on our beauty and cosmetics products. This trend of consumers wanting the brands that they do business with to act in a sustainable and responsible manner is showing no sign of slowing down with Wildlife Friendly Certification set to become the next stamp of approval for beauty brands.

The certifications governing body The Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network was launched in 2007 and has recently just awarded Scottish beauty brand Seilich the Wildlife Friendly Certification. This makes Seilich the first UK brand to receive the award so far!

The number of cosmetics companies who are aiming to become a part of the Wildlife Friendly Conservation Network is ever growing and in order to awarded the certification applicants must demonstrate ‘at field level’ that they are actively running or supporting conservation efforts.
