
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY: Susan Elizabeth Earle MBE
Susan Elizabeth Earle MBE (née Bawtree) is a British writer, TV presenter, and entrepreneur, with a passion for beauty, nutrition, and wellbeing. She has authored more than 35 books on various topics related to health, beauty, and wellness. You may have seen her on ITV’s This Morning, where she regularly appears as a guest.

In addition to her literary pursuits, Earle has also founded Liz Earle Wellbeing, a bi-monthly magazine, Liz Earle Fair and Fine, a Fairtrade jewellery brand that promotes ethical sourcing and production methods. She is also a co-founder of the Liz Earle Beauty Co., a skincare company established in 1995, which she helped build into a global brand. And the host of the podcast ‘The Liz Earle Wellbeing Show”, which you can listen here.
Her work in the beauty industry has not gone unnoticed, and she was awarded an MBE in 1997 for her contribution to the field. Earle is also an advocate for various charities, including The Soil Association, Tearfund, and The Menopause Charity, and has campaigned for The Prince’s Trust and the National Osteoporosis Society.
Earle’s personal life revolves around her five children, whom she raises on a farm in the West Country. Despite being divorced, Earle remains committed to living a healthy and fulfilling life, which is evident in her work and philanthropic pursuits.
