In natural light, turn over your wrist and check the appearance of your veins beneath your skin.
Cool skin tone – your veins appear blue or purple
Warm skin tone – your veins look green or a greenish blue
Neutral skin tone – you can’t tell whether or not your veins are green or blue or you have a mixture of blue and green veins.
