How to choose a correct sunscreen?

  • Broad spectrum: Shields both UVA and UVB rays from your skin.
  • SPF 15: Perfect for daily and infrequent exposure, like as when traveling to work or walking your dog. Search for our Daily Use Seal of Approval.
  • SPF 30+: For prolonged outside activities, such as long distance jogging, hiking, swimming, and outdoor sports. If you work outside, you must wear SPF 30 or higher.

Your selected sunscreen should also be labelled as “broad-spectrum” SPF, these sunscreens are formulated to protect you from both UVA and UVB rays.

Look for a sunscreen that is light and feels good on the skin while looking for a daily sunscreen. When deciding which sunscreen is ideal for you to use every day, take into account your particular preferences and skin type.
